Information about manufacturer/product.
1. www.13grade.com is being administrated and belongs to knitwear plant sc Marcroman SNK srl, located in Iasi, Octav Bancila street nr.1, Romania, registered at Romanian Commerce Register under number J22/603/2007, having the VAT number Ro21236374 and the bank account RO34BACX0000000106231001 (in RON) and RO07BACX0000000106231002 (in Euro) opened at UniCredit Tiriac Iasi (Swift/Bic: BACXROBUXXX).
2. 13Grade is a brand owned by sc Marcroman SNK srl. The products are made in Romania following European quality demands.
3. All the images and information on website belongs to sc Marcroman SNK srl. You have the right to use the images as embedded or as a link only on blogs, forums or similar pages. We don't allow another kind of use of these data without our approval first.
4. Due to photo shooting settings and color display on monitors, the color of the products may be different from actual products. We do try to make the difference as small as possible but we are don't take any responsibility for this differences.
5. Sizes S,M,L and XL have been made by grouping 38-40, 42-44, 46-48 and respectively 50-52. We chose to group 2 sizes in one taking in consideration the elasticity of knitwear. Please note that sizes differ in different countries. To get acknowledge of what size corresponds to you, please check our international size chart here.
6. We reserve the right to change the price of products in any moment. This action does not apply to products sold, in process of delivery or in process of approval. The price that you see in the moment of check out is the price you pay for the product.
7. In the moment you have placed a order, the products are blocked for you. If the order is not finalized (ex: order canceled), the products return are being sold again on shop online.
8. The prices include VAT but do not include freight costs or additional payment costs. These are selected in the final step of finalizing the order.
Information about the personal data.
9. We oblige to preserve the confidentiality of personal information supplied by you through our online shop. All the details entered in your profile page are needed to be able to deliver the products in best conditions.
10. We preserve the right to manipulate personal data of our clients for internal statistics or for creating strategies for promoting new products. Also we preserve the right to monitor the traffic on webpage to be able to improve the website.
11. You can modify your details at any time logging in and click your name under the account icon. If you want that your account to be erased, please send us an email from the email address stated in your account with that request and we will erase it for you.
12. We reserve the right to erase the accounts with intentionally or apparent wrong data.
13. The payment through credit card is being processed by Romcard, national authority in this field. 13Grade does not intervene in the transfer of card detail and does not collect or save those details in any form.
Order processing
14. In the case of selecting of a payment method in advance, the product will be delivered after we receive the payment confirmation. Paying with credit card gives immediate confirmation.
15. We will contact you if we endure problems with an order. We reserve the right to cancel a order in any state.
16. We don't take responsibility for misspelled information or viewing errors concerning details, price, images or other elements on website. If we discover a any fault entries in price or any other details, we keep the right to cancel the delivery of a product in which case we will send an information note about the reason of canceling.
17. In case of canceling a order, the amount paid by client will be refunded in a way settled with the client.
General dispositions.
18. The laws of Romania shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Romania.
19. The 13Grade.com Shop also functions as a Stock Online for partner stores. Access of stock is being made through a user name and a password granted selectively and privately by us. We reserve the right to choose the users/stores that are allowed to access the stock. Also we reserve the right to cancel the access for stocks to a partner store with no prior information or any explanations.
20. Stylist Note is an entry made by a third-party person, named Stylist next, having special access rights. The access to this functionality is being given selectively. We reserve the right to cancel the access of a Stylist with no prior information. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or pause any Stylist Note. The data introduced by a Stylist on our page becomes sc Marcroman SNK srl property if otherwise stated between parties.
21. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
22. www.13Grade.ro was made for selling only in Romania. 13grade.com was made for selling in Europe. We reserve the right to have different prices on each website. If you want a good to be delivered in Romania, we recommend using the Romanian website.
23. By placing an order on our website you agree with these terms and conditions. Also you agree with delivery conditions, payment conditions and returning policy which you can access through links below.
