Returning policy

According with Romanian law "the consumer has the right to cancel a contract on distance, in 10 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that could be placed on Consumer are direct costs for returning the products."

In case of a product returned in 10 working days that does not show signs of being worn, the label is still attached and can be placed immediately back in sale, we will refund the product costs in a way agreed between parties. Freight costs (return) but also payment delivery is on behalf of the Client.

In case of a product that does have manufacturing flaws, we will cover all freight expenses for returning and also for sending a new product. We accept returning of the product in 20 days from receiving the product by the Client. If we discover that the flaws invoked have arrived after delivery and are not common to manufacturing, the Client will cover all the expenses including sending the product back to Client. To prevent this, please contact us in front and tell us about the flaws found and we will advice what to do next.

If a returning product shows signs of being worn and can not be sold again, we preserve the right to refuse the returning, the Client will cover all the expenses including sending the product back to Client.

Because of the inevitability of a returning we discourage types of habits of ordering a set of sizes to choose one from them. We keep the right to cancel a order of this type.
