Knitting production in CMT

If you are a designer and have your own clothing line, if you have a chain of stores and sell your own brand, we could be your knitwear manufacturer.

Our knitting plant started in 1999. We worked from day one for the export market in CMT (Lohn) system. Following vertical integration, we have developed towards own designing facility, own brand and own stores.

We still have knitting capacity in the plant, thus we still can receive your orders. Having our own designing team permits us to be more flexible. Bring us a sketch of a product and we will suggest different technical methods to achieve it.

We work for the a few years now with Folco, Italian yarn based on 50%Acrylic 50%wool. From the multitude of yarns founded on the market we have chosen this quality for the softness, for bright colors, for rich choice of colors and for prompt response. If you would like to work from this yarn, we could supply some colors from our own stock. Sampling would be faster.

It is possible to work with your yarn as well. Please keep in mind that we have 10gg and 7gg knitting machines (Shima Seiki). This imposes limitation on the thickness of the garment and also on yarns used in production.

We have a knitting capacity of round 2 000 complex or 12 000 to 15 000 simple cut&sew products per month.

The minimums are conditioned by several factors and influence mostly the manufacturing price. Less than 500 pieces per style we will charge a bigger price to compensate loses in sampling. If you want to make smaller collections, we can virtually make any quantity from our stock yarns of your yarns. If you need another yarn, the minimum is imposed by the quantity of yarn we have to purchase from the yarn suppliers.
